In order to promote the collective negotiation work of the UNESCO health and sports system, and further strengthen the construction of negotiation talent team, the ability level of union cadres and employee representatives to negotiate labor relations is improved through simulation negotiation, knowledge competition, and other methods. The first collective negotiation competition activity of the Municipal Education, Culture, Health and Sports System, with the theme of "Negotiation for Development and Striving for a New Era", came to an end on October 20th at the Junhao Hotel in Jiangbei District.

After being selected by the school union, our school has recommended four faculty representatives to participate in this competition. During the competition, by providing the background of the case, on-site simulated collective negotiations were conducted on the negotiation topics between representatives from the enterprise and employee sides. Our school's contestants carefully prepared, answered rigorously, and cooperated to stand out among the 9 participating teams, achieving excellent results in third place and winning the third prize in the group; Teacher Guanyao He from our school has been awarded the Individual Honorary Title of Excellent Negotiator.

This activity has improved the mastery of national laws, regulations and policies, the application of negotiation skills, and the ability to handle labor relations conflicts among our school athletes. We have strengthened the sense of unity and cooperation among the contestants in their collective efforts and wisdom, laying a solid foundation for participating in such competitions in the coming year.
