School Of Software

The School of Software is a national shortage of IT talents training base weith characteristic specialties: Software Engineering, Software Technology, Software Testing, Mobile Internet Applications, and Computer Multimedia Technology. Until now over 6000 students have graduated from the school of software.

The School of Software made full use of the educational advantages of Chongqing Zhengda Software Group and introduced the certification standards of software industry into teaching, which formed the specific educational mode ”cooperation between institute and enterprises, combination of production and education”. It has cultivated a large number of social need talents on software engineering, network engineering, information services and other high-quality application-oriented, technology and skilled personnel.

It has established two training bases supported by municipal finance, one training base supported by central government finance. CQIE Laboratory of Chongqing Center of the State Information Center for software testing and Chongqing Mobile APP Engineering Technology Center have been set up with nearly 10 million TMB worth of teaching equipment.

Graduates from the School of Software are well received by employers. The average employment rate is 96.85% in the past three years and the job suited rate is 76.05%. Each year more than 100 IT companies will hold a special campus recruitment. The recommendation employment is 70% of the total number of graduates.
